training her executive team members as well as employees towards higher performance

creative vision of Nooyi transformed Pepsico from being a snack and beverage

companies (Hunt & Fitzgerald2018). Her capability to leverage former employees to
rejoin compliments her leadership skills to staff, establish and organize an efficient
executive team while structuring Pepsico.
The five key C’s of the leadership of Nooyi are communication skills, compass,
competency confidence and courage (Lyman & Daloisio, (2017). The primary objective
advocated by Nooyi to attain performance with purpose, she adopted various measures
to improvise the sustainability of the operations of company and reputation by
concentrating on health implication improvements of products of Pepsico.
It is understood by Nooyi that unpredictable environment can be the best platform for
exceptional opportunities, as long as solid, strategic and effective leaders are positioned
directly at the helm.
For example, one method that is used by leaders to develop their teams are training
and development by this they guide and direct their team members to effectively reach
their targets and enhance their capabilities and led to a better future.
