boosting the teamwork in the workplace. If there are effective teams in the workplace then it
would b possible to attain the positive outcome. Teamwork can also be stated as the collaborative

the essential factor on which the companies should emphasize as it also affect the market share in
the highly competitive market. In this paper, the discussion will be made on the topic
“Importance of teamwork”.
It can be stated that if companies focuses on the teamwork then it would be easy for them to
solve the complex issues. There are many cases that arise in the workplace in which individuals
are not able to solve the complex problems, so at this time teamwork plays a significant role in
solving the issues that are complex in nature. So, it can be stated that one of the importance
relates with the solving the complex situations with the teamwork. The importance of the
teamwork is to offer the different perspectives and feedback. The good team structure offers the

If there is proper team in the workplace then it allows the employees to brainstorm collectively
