INTRODUCTION Principles of the management is very important for the organisation as it contain some general guidelines. It undertake those factors which form a base of the successful management that can be used to work under the certain situations. It is a best way and provide overall guidance to examine the performance of an organisation. It is very crucial for any business that expects to be efficient , effective and want to achieve their goals. In the management there are four common operations that are planning, organising, controlling and the leading. If a company operate their business without following these principles, then it can create a big hurdle for them and also create problems in achieving their goals. The main aim of this report is to reflect my group project, different theories like teamwork, the motivational theories and also describe myself by using the CVF's action imperatives discussed(Adorno, 2021). Main Body Reflection on my group project I am very glad and happy to work with my team members on a group project. It is very helpful for me in many ways as it increased my productivity level that will help me to develop more skills. In starting, when we were assigned for the project then we faced many challenges to work in a team that also affected our efficiency and productivity. To overcome from these problems our team decide to adopt Tuck man's model for the team development. It was very helpful and useful for our team to work together and grow effectively. The Tuck man's model contain four factors which are given below: Forming-This is the first level in which, it make enable the peoples to form a team and help to select a leader for that particular team. It provide instructions and a clear direction about the goals and how to accomplish these goals(Badarnee and et. al., 2021). Storming-At the second stage, after forming a team or group,it build a bond and the feeling of the trust among all the team members to construct a mutual respect among all them.
Norming-At this level, all members follows the guidance and instructions given by their leaders which make able them to create an attachment among all team members Performing-At this level, it concern towards the achievement of their goals according to the contribution of each members. They have equal contribution with the direction and guidance of their leader(McClelland, Evan and O'Connor, 2021). Adjourning-At this stage, the team members accomplish their task with all individual's efforts to complete their project. They measure it according to performance of the team. This model helps me and my team members to understand that the project is very helpful for more e creative ideas and implement them which make us enable to take flexible decision. During this project my team members are able to measure their performance and also perform their task very efficiently.All members were given instruction regarding their job, these were difficulty but everyone able to understand them an their job roles. It was our first project in a team, initially we are not able to understand but later we all understand it very well and give our potential contribution to complete this project. We understand the problem and solves these problem very efficiently. All members were listing each other very carefully and focused on the decision making process to make effective decisions. We were appreciating the performance of each other and gave feedback regarding the work performance. We worked as a team without and difficulties and conflicts. If there were any conflict, then we resolve them very efficiently and manage the work according the priority. When we were facing problem then we weremotivating each other and suggest to use some motivational theories. These theoryhad made us enable to enhance our morale in order to perform efficiently. Herzberg theory of motivation This theory state that, in an organisation there are some factors which give the satisfaction during discarding the components that gives the dissatisfaction. In this theory, there are two factors which are given below: Motivational factor-Presence of this factor motivate the employees to work hard and give a positive satisfaction. It enhance the superior performance of the employees. This factor include, Recognition-In this, the workers should be recognised andpraised by the manager for their accomplishment(Xu and et. al.,. 2021).

Advancement-There should be the promotional opportunity for the employees within the organisation(Rawlings, 2020). Growth-The organisation should provide the opportunity of learning new skills to the employees to enhance their efficiency. It can happen on their job through formal training. Responsibility-The worker will be more encouraged by doing their own work. For this, employees required some freedom to carry out their task, so that they can feel they own the outcome. Achievement-The job should give a sense of achievement to the employees. It will give them a feeling of that they have done something difficult but it is worthwhile. Hygiene factor-It helps the workers to find out that what made them dissatisfied and satisfied. This factor include, Salary-Pay structure of an organisation should be reasonable and fair. It must be competitive in comparison to other organisation within the same industry. Working conditions-The working environment and other equipments should be safe, hygienic and fit for the purpose. Company policies-In a company, the policiesshould be clear and fair for every employees. It must also be the equipment to the competitors. Security-It is very important that the employees feel secure regarding their job and they are not under any type of the constant threat of being laid – off. After discussion bout these theories, our team decide to follow the motivational theory that helps us to encourage for complete the give task. It also to let our morale down, when we faced various challenges during the project instead we took this as a challenge to resolve with the higher motivation that make us enable to get success in completing the project together. CVF's action imperatives discussion The CVF ensure the clear expectation of everyone in working the policies. It define the competencies, behaviour and the values that uphold the principles of Code of Ethics. It has four basic competing within the every enterprise which are given below: Collaborate-After evaluating and analysing my competing values my some skill level are very high which is mentoring an developing by others. My competency level of all these skills also very high so I will keep try to enhance my these skills. I will use these skill on
daily basis so that it can be enhanced day to day. My encouraging and managing creative conflicts skills are also very low and now on regular basis I need this skill on moderate level so I will try to adapt this skill till moderate level in the future.(Zhang. and et. al.,2021). Control-I am well skilled in encouraging and enabling corporation, but I am lacking in controlling.I require a bit moderate in this so I will try to improve my these skills. My information skills and working skills are moderate and now it require in this level. So I will keep it for the future. Compete-My goal setting, managing execution and the driving for results skill are very high, it required in the same level currently. Therefore, I will try to increase my theses skills which helps me to support my career. I motivating myself and other team members and the organising skills are a bit moderate, it required a high level, so I will try to learn these skills in some times. Create- In this, in every skill I possessed on the moderate level and it also required to the high or moderate level. Hence, I will try to increased my skills in the future which is very helpful for me in the future career growth and development(Xiang, Fesenmaier and Werthner, 2021). CONCLUSION From the above report it is find out that for the completion of a project there is a need of many skills, motivation and the teamwork. After analysing the teamwork theories there is a need of motivation also to accomplish a given task or to complete the project in efficient manner. In this report, after analysing the CVF action framework, it gives an overview of different level of skills that is required and it can be enhanced in future.
