Question 1:
I have conducted the Belbin team test to understand my roles within the team. As per Belbin
team roles, there are various roles such as coordinator, plant, Monitor evaluator and complete
finisher. For the coordinator role, I have scored only "1". I have to develop my skill so that I will
do the best in the future as a coordinator. As a coordinator, the first significant role is to
coordinate the full team properly and positively. I should help the team through a perfect work
planning. I should organize some meeting regarding the specific work and until or unless the
team members are not able to understand the specific tasks (Lynch, Lynch & Clemens, 2018). I
have to improve myself as a coordinator to take an active part in the team. In the Belbin test, as a
plant role, I have scored only “1”, so I have to develop this skill. Also, I need to take vital
responsibility to improve myself. A plant should be very polite and approachable so that the
employee can reach to him to solve out their problem quickly (Mathieu, Tannenbaum,
Kukenberger, Donsbach & Alliger, 2015; Dlugoborskytė, Norvilaitė & Petraitė, 2015). For the
“Monitor evaluator and completer” role, I have scored “4” & “1” respectively in the Belbin test.
As a monitor, I have scored better than other roles in a team. As a monitor, I should observe all
the activities of the team members.
Based on my score on the Belbin test, I am confident as a monitor evaluator in, and I want to
take the responsibility as a monitor in teamwork. That will be easy for me to give my best
performance as a monitor of teamwork.
I have conducted in the “PEC” test to identify my capacity through some significant character. I
am an opportunity seeker, and according to PEC test, I have scored 25 in this ability. I am trying
to perform best if I get an opportunity as an entrepreneur. An opportunity seeker accompanies all

kind of established opportunity. I have scored 23 in the test in my persistence ability towards my
work within the venture. It allows me to find out my efficacy as an entrepreneur. For this, I have
also maintained the punctuality to finish work in a positive manner. It is identified that time
management and punctuality are the two main elements of a social entrepreneur (Do Paço,
Ferreira, Raposo, Rodrigues & Dinis, 2015; Bikse, Rivza & Riemere, 2015). In Commitment to
work, I have scored 24. I should have a clear idea regarding the work, and also I should maintain
the best quality as an entrepreneur showing commitment towards the work is essential to
motivate others. In the risk-taking, I get 19. Comparatively, it is a low score, so I must be careful
with the specified field. I should take risk sometime to get the advantages in the market as an
entrepreneur. For goal setting, I have scored 19, which also not satisfied scores, so I must have
set a goal for my venture and also for my personal life. In this way, I can develop my skill also,
which is essential for my life also (Zander, 2018). I have scored 25 in information seeking.
Actually, I prefer gathering information from my childhood. It is essential to collect information
to know all over the world that will be very helpful to gain a good knowledge about the business
and as an entrepreneur, I should have to be updated with the recent technology and regulation so
that I can maintain the ethics in business. In the systemic planning and monitoring, I get 22. I
have to learn more about effective planning, and I think it is the most critical entrepreneurial
characteristics. In persuasion networking, I have scored 19. I have to improve this skill to
improve myself in the future. It allows me to gain some valuable advice from others regarding
any kind of work. For this, I have to build a good relationship with others also, which is essential
to develop my skill. I get 24 for self-confidence in the test. It is essential to be an entrepreneur to
be confident. In the area of the correction factor, I have scored 38. In this test, I learn that if
anything is going wrong or I had done any mistake, then I have to overcome the scenario and

take a responsible decision to resolve the problem. It is also a significant part of my life so that if
I face any kind of trouble then according to that, I can take a proper decision in a right time
positively and efficiently to support my venture.
Question 2:
One of the common ethical issues that the venture is facing is employment law. Most of the time,
the employment law has not been followed by the venture, and they force the employees to work
more than the stipulated hour (Werhane, Freeman & Dmytriyev, 2017).
Maintaining ethics in the business is the most crucial factor to gin the market value. The
enterprise who maintained the ethical and social foundation will able to get customer loyalty, and
as per my thinking, it is very much important for the company to follow the ethical perspective.
Maintaining the proper ethics regarding the employment law is very much important because not
only me, every employee demanded the facility that they deserve (Ferrell & Fraedrich, 2015).
As an employee, I also want proper value from the organisation as per the employment law.
From my viewpoint, employment law is one of the essential parts of the organisation, and they
should have to maintain it properly. On another hand, other team member disagreed with the fact
and said that employee should have to work as per the venture's demand and no such ethical
violence is related in it. As per my thinking, there should have some rules and regulation
regarding the employees and must have to maintain it to avoid the ethical issue.

Question 3:
Belbin team role test is one of the most important tests that help in identifying the roles within
the team and also determine the ability to work within the team. According to the test, there are
various roles such as monitoring, plant, coordinator and many more, which helps to understand
which role is suitable for me. Whereas, PEC test enables me to know my character towards my
work, my ability and persistence. By using both these tools, I able to understand my ability
regarding the teamwork and ethical principle, values.
