complete work in a qualitative manner. In nine team roles, every team member might require to
apply them in regards to give their best in a specific project (Blackburn, 2016). Therefore, in this

the Belbin team roles.
The Belbin team role test shows that I am resource investigator, coordinator and company
worker with respective score of 14, 13 and 11 which means I am quite effectively researches on
required resources, co-ordinate with others and focus on the given task to improve organizational
efficiency. It also makes me a good team worker and shows that is I am the person who can
manage a team well. In a team, the roles explained as per Belbin team roles are implementer,
resource investigator, plant, monitor, shaper, coordinator, completer or finisher are applied by
different team members. I think personal entrepreneurial characteristics include skills and
practices which are required to handle every business and project situations. From the
entrepreneurial skill test, I have identified that I am opportunity seeking and information seeking
person who is having self confidence to correct any errors made and take risks to make any
venture successful. From this, I have learned that being creative, motivated passionate,
optimistic, focused, resourceful and focused help an individual to complete allocated tasks with
required productivity and quality. The introduction of personal entrepreneurial characteristics
provides set of skills and talents that are required to practice for increasing ability to lead,
motivate, direct and increase the performance of the team members in an entrepreneurship
venture (Fortunato & Alter, 2015).

passionate, motivated, quick learner, problem solver and creative, in this regards the information
relates to my skills that mean I am on a correct path of developing myself. I think there are few
learning areas that I need to develop myself which is necessary for entrepreneurship venture such
as creativity, interpersonal skills, selection of accurate leadership style for my team members. I
have completed a project presentation with my four colleagues. I have provided specific
responsibilities to them for gathering information over their specific allocated areas. However,
one of my teammates unable to gather information within the time which led me to support and
