Ethics is the moral principle that guide individual aboutwhat is right and wrong or how to behave or conduct themselves. Key principles of ethics in nursingNurses should commit their duties based on virtue ofcaring.Nurses have compassion take positive to help others andfollow through on the desire to do good. Nurses should know the respect patients.Treat all patients fairly and equally.Consider the patients with effective therapies,medications or procedures.According to the perspective of Nurses they must havefollowed the proper ethics of their profession in order toprotect the life of their patients. As per the provision 2 of nurses has describedthat second ethic of the nurse should be to keeppatient at the center of care. Nurses have to be take good decision towardstheir patients. There is some negative impact thatmight affect the nursing world for example: End of life Care: Patients at the end of life havewishes for their care. Nurses must abide by patient’s wishes andprovide care without doing harm. It will introduce the ineffective work results andmeasurement goals in effective working goals.
