1. Introduction
Information Technology (IT) could be defined as the use of computer resources for
performing several kinds of tasks within the context of business or any other enterprise. IT forms
the base within the telecommunication industry, such as Telstra. The organization requires a high
support of IT based solutions for their basic operations. The management systems of Telstra also
requires high form of usage of IT systems in order to bring in efficiency within the processes of
work and ease the business operations of the organizations. Careful considerations of several
factors based on IT systems would help in reducing the excessive costs that would be incurred by
the business processes (Hudson, 2013). With the introduction of IT within the business
processes, it would be extremely easy for maximising the value for the business and earn higher
amount of profits for the organization.
2. Discussion
In the highly digitized world, there has been a major shift of the traditional systems of
