To recommend ways to improve business activities with implementation oftechnological advancement. 3.What things do you think worked well and why? Evaluate all aspects of theproject (e.g. initial inception, project activities and project outcomes) from arange of perspectives. I think I have made the good objectives and that was helpful for me to get the depthinsights about project. In order to make it effective, it is essential to find out the variousthings as cost, scope, quality and time etc. In this, it can be said that systematic planningwill leads to achieve common goal to the enterprise 4. What problems emerged during the project and how were they tackled? Was theretimely identification of issues and resolution during the project process? The problem occurred at the time of making the project was that it requires the number ofresources that was hard to manage as this process was time consuming.
