with the huge support of the productive employees of the organisation (Cleary and et.al 2020).
in order to encourage the employees of the company the human resources department is highly
concern about the good health, safety and wellbeing’s of the workers which essential for
continuous growth of the company. the health, safety and wellbeing give assistance in increasing
the satisfaction of the employees and enhancing the productivity and profitability of the
organisation. All these components lead to better health of the workers. the human resources
mangers of the Tesco believes that if the healthy workers are capable enough to perform the task
in adequate manner. along with that the due to that element the company is able to achieve thew
task in effective as well as efficient manner. apart from that due to safety and good health of the
employees allow the consumer to enhance their experience in appropriate manner. due to the
well being od the employees the organisation is able to improve the brand value in the
marketplace.
in context to that the manger of the Tesco company offer various facilities for the employees. For
instance in the current situation of the covid 19 the leader offers free mask, gloves, and sanitizer
to the employees in order to save the workers or the assets of the company from being affected
by the coronavirus. It allow the employees to work in the fearless environment and contribute
equally in the production of the institute (Jain, Lekaand Zwetsloot, 2018) . The motive of
offering all the facilities and considering this element is to increase the value oof the company
and the employees in the market. the human resources consider it as the ethical value of the
