Tesco is one of UK based organisation which is operating at
international level. It is providing groceries and is one of
general merchandise retailer. It was introduced in the year
1919 in UK by Jack Cohen. It is one of largest retailer in
terms of gross revenue and ninth largest organisation in terms
of revenue.

Current trends in the supermarket
sector
Super market is one of retail chain that is significantly changing their ways
of work along with changing circumstances. In this, trends in market is also
changing with changes occur in environmental circumstances. There are
various changes occur in market in the 2020 with evolution of e-commerce.

Tesco performance since October
2015
TESCO is one of largest global retailer that is fulfilling expectation of
customers and also providing products as per demand of customers. Since
2015, company is facing various problems related to managing clients and
resources. Loyal customers of company are also providing negative
comments about company as well as their products.

Both Aldi and Lidl are major players of super market sector in Europe and
both of these super market are facing issues since 2017 due to their financial
