INTRODUCTION
Working environment is an important perspective which is based upon developing better
and effective working conditions within an organization. The perspective of working
environment is based upon effective management that makes operations of business
organizations performed more effectively. Also working environment relates over different
perspectives like culture which develops internal working condition of employees. Also the
concept of working environment relates with settings based upon social features and physical
conditions making job performed more effectively. These elements makes impact created over
well being, workplace relationship, collaboration, efficiency and employees health. Further,
working environment should be positive which increases employees working capacity helping in
motivating employees to work for better conditions. Working environment is based upon
behavioural approach which makes employer and employees relation developed more
effectively. Then working environment makes an organization work with effective working
environment. The following report is based on the business firm Tesco plc that focuses on do
they like the retail products to the consumers. The respective enterprise was launched in the year
1919 (Kong, and et.al., 2021). Discussion is done over business has been influenced by the
pandemic negatively in the major effect. Also, the impact of the Covid 19 disease has created
very serious negative impacts on the external and internal components of the company that have
a major impact on the entire growth as well as the success of the company. Moreover to this, the
following report will include the idea and theory which is connected to operations of the
organization and the need for change management for the betterment as well as the success of the
company.

started its operation in the year 1919 as well as management has acquired the major pace in
accordance to be at the top of grocery retail sailor in the market area of the United Kingdom. In
addition to it, the respective organization is known to be in the top 3 largest companies in the

overall nations in terms of the sales revenue of the business which have almost attended more
than 50 billion bonds in the 2020 financial year at the time while encountering the negative
influence of the COVID 19 pandemic. Moreover to this, the organization have earned an income
in the financial year 2020 that has increased by 1,000,000 pounds in comparison to the amount
earned in recent years without having a difficult time just like this disease around the world.
Vision statement - “ To be most highly valued business by: the customers we serve, the
communities in which we operate, our loyal and committed colleagues and of course, our
shareholder.” This is based upon offering appropriate environment which is healthier and
makes working done more effectively helping in engaging with people more effectively.
Mission statement – The mission of Tesco “to be the champion for customers”. This
mission statement over management that is willing over committed with workers as well
as products over resources making long terms success within industry. Organization
requires upon paying more important making long term goals accomplished more
effectively. Further, the vision of organization like Tesco is based upon making positive
working environment to be created more effectively which makes customer satisfaction
created more effectively.
The mission statement is based upon vision which makes organizations like Tesco
develop its working conditions in right direction helping organization achieve success more
effectively. (Hayton, and Spillane, 2021).
Organization structure refers to one of the ways that assist the organization in accordance
to delegating the several particular functioning of the company in an effectual way in accordance
to reach and attain the targets and goals of the company. These are based over responsibilities
which is based upon various departments of business that has helped in assuring about
interaction and communication with suitability presented within an organization. In order to
make sure that more relevancy is provided upon working conditions labour division theory is
used that has been presented by Ricardo theory that is based upon labour theory of value. The
theory has helped in enhancing values of organization which is used for making employees
develop better working conditions leading towards increase in diversity. If the structure of the
organization is appropriately managed and organised then the organization can effectively
