as well as techniques to deliver specific value to the people living within the society. With the
help of taking various steps that are related to plan, organize, recruit, control and measure the
overall project according to the requirements which help to manage the task into appropriate

management which is based upon a music event that is going to be organized by TFL for their
40th anniversary of G&S society. In the music event, the famous play-writer will go to present
namely Tennessee Williams (Toljaga-Nikolić and et.al., 2020).
TASK 1
Project management plan
Project management plan is a kind of conventional written document that consists of
details related to the complete project in detailed manner. It includes the ways and stages in
which the project needs to be completed along with the time duration of final completion of the
project. Hence, it outlines the scope, timeline, goals, methodologies and deliverables that has
been utilized into the completion of the project so that it has been finished in most appropriate
and successful manner. Such as:
Objective: The main objective of organizing the music event is to celebrate 40th
anniversary of G&S society and to direct TFL strategic direction to align the stage for
famous play-writer i.e. Tennessee Williams.
Deliverables: With the help of this project, the project manager has planned to deliver
music event to their client as they want to celebrate 40th anniversary of the G&S society.
Methodology: It consists a set of principles and patterns that has been used by the
project manager while doing any project. These activities help them to complete the task
in most efficient manner within the stipulated time frame. Prince, Agile and Waterfall are
the major three methodologies that could be used by project manager in order to finish
the task in most appropriate ways. In context of Waterfall methodology, it has been
identified that it is a kind of linear approach that has been utilized in the project progress
from very beginning till the end of the task (Widianti, Harihayati and Sufaatin, 2018).

According to this method, the primary stage needs to be fulfilled before starting the next
stage of the project.

the world by varied organizations. It is highly flexible in nature and allow changes irrespective
of scale and size of the work. While the Agile methodology is utilized in project management
process because it breaks down the tasks into different stages such as preparation, performance
and finally closure. Moreover, it allows team members to adapt new and innovative ideas
according to the situations and circumstances in accordance to project objectives (Harold, 2021).
