Strength
Thales is that it is a widely known for their
world-class design and production of specialist
mobility vehicles; this gives them an added
advantage as they value quality. The company
has already established its major clients in the
Australian Defense Forces (ADF).
Weakness
Thales Australian Company in Bendigo like
any other manufacturing company will build
much on manufacturing; therefore a major
drawback might be experienced in an event of
a drastic downturn in the economy that can
have a crippling consequence on it.
Opportunity
The increased demand for defense vehicles and
invulnerable vehicles by the Australian
Defense Forces is expected to accelerate the
growth of the Thales Australian Bendigo
Facility.
Threat
Production costs in the company might
increase by significant percentages; in addition,
the Bendigo facility might be vulnerable in
future to imports of vehicles from other
upcoming companies that are innovating
much-enhanced vehicles such as China and
Israel.
