These kind of disadvantages might lead to a fact that these might pose harm to the people. However upon a closer form of examination of the impacts of social media, it has also been seen that social media offers a wide range of facilities, products or services that have the ability to overweigh the disadvantages. The use of Internet technologies have also a vital role to play for the evolvement of social media. There is a huge form of evolution within the language and meaning as different users of such platforms have redefined social constructs that includes friendship and privacy (Li & Sakamoto 2014). Different people also suggest that the impact of social media platforms also helps in development of new categories of relationship. There are different kinds of advantages of social media that helps in the evolvement of this technological platforms.
