Summary of company and its key details including location and vision
In context of given report, it is based on Aksular Restaurant which can be known as one
of the most authentic Turkish restaurant. It has a concept of serving the contemporary and
traditional dishes that show case the diverse cultures of Turkey. However, it make sure that their
dishes will leave customers with a distinct taste of Anatolian Kitchen. It is located at 510
Hertford Rd, Enfield EN3 5SS. It has various branches across London in regards to provide their
traditional and different taste of food for people.
Vision – They have a vision to bring the home cooking they have experienced back in
Turkey, for their new home in Enfield.
Mission – To provide appropriate products & services and feel pride themselves on being
a family-run restaurant offering a genuinely warm welcome to all the guests (Press and Cooper,
2017).
Strategy – The chefs get traditionally trained and make sure about all the dishes to be
cooked expertly by utilising time honoured methods as well as recipes handed down through the
years.

Pestle analysis can be described as to understand the situation of several external factors
which can impact on operations and productivity of the given organisation. It includes various
factors such as political, economic, social, technological, legal and environmental that should be
considered while making strategies of conducting business in specific market smoothly.
Political factor – This includes the changes in political power and government regulation
which impact on operational activities of Aksular Restaurant which influence the productivity. It
consist the changes on rules of government create few of challenges for organisation and it may
also in favour of business sometimes (Hillson, 2016).
Economic factor – The economic factor consist various factors like taxation, inflation
rate and interest rate which impact on budgeting of company. In context of Aksular Restaurant,

increase in taxation and interest rate influence the profitability of business which is favourable
for their growth and success.
Social factor – This involves the societal norms and valuers including the cultural and
religious values that should be considered by restaurant while promoting their product or
designing the same. It is necessary for Aksular Restaurant to remain careful while carry out
promotional activities that information provided to people should not harm anyone's emotions
related to their culture.
Technological factor – The advanced technology is responsible for influencing the
operational develop in organisation which facilitate to increase overall efficiency of business

avoiding mistakes related to orders of customers and eliminate employment of number if waiters
to attend the clients as people can place their order from technical support system fixed on their

run business. It is essential for management of Aksular Restaurant to remain update about

Recommendations
Considering the internal and external analysis of Aksular Restaurant, it has been
recommended that management should remain up to date regrading new legislations and fulfil all
the desired formalities on time. It is suggested that they should focus on actual needs and desired
of customers to enhance their customer count which facilitate to increase the profitability of
organisation. However, it is recommended that the opportunities should be grabbed by them
which helps to promote their brand and improve the good will as well. It is necessary for them
utilise their strengths of having unique dishes with traditional and distinct taste which is
favourable to attract new clients along with retaining the current ones for achieving better profits
respectively. Moreover, it is suggested to Aksular Restaurant for work on weaknesses and threats
to eliminate them from business in order to attain growth and success.

From the above report, it has been concluded that the given restaurant have unique idea
of providing traditional Turkish dishes to customers. It is necessary to focus on desires of clients
and make the brand more attractive and effective which facilitate to boost up profitability of the
business. Meanwhile, it is essential to conduct external and internal analysis to understand about
impact of relevant elements on business to avoid negative effects of them.
