INTRODUCTION
An effective business idea and plan plays a significant role for the growth of an
organisation as it lead them to accomplish their goal or objective in a better manner within
prescribed time limit (Arasti, Zandi and Bahmani, 2014). Along with this, timely evaluation and
analysis of consumer demand or trend enable an establishment to attain sustainable growth or
development in an improved way. In regard of this, Mehr Hair and Beauty has been considered
which is well established firm in UK industry and offer varieties of services like hair, make-up,
haircut and styling, colouring, bridal, threading and many more. However, in this study it
involves the core objective or aim of the company, determining the internal and external business
environment and recommending some suggestion in order to place the brand in a better position.

The industry where Mehr Hair and Beauty operates its function id highly competitive and
challenging that directly impact over company's penetrability in surviving within the marketplace
after longer time duration. Hence, in regard of Mehr Hair and Beauty, they make an initiative in
analysing the market and based on that develops vision that aid them to achieve its goal in a
efficacious way (Barba and et.al., 2016). The core vision of Mehr Hair and Beauty is to satisfy
the targeted consumer by delivering the high quality of service. Along with this, company
determine the consumer convince and positioned the brand in a comfortable location as it is
connected to all nearby transportation routes. However, by implementing best strategic decision
it assist firm to attain sustainability and enhancement of profit margin ratio among rivalries.
Analysis
In current scenario of market, there is an increasing level of opposition among companies
in aspect of technologies, delivering product or service, improving proficiency ratio and so on
that influences firm's capability in gaining competitive advantages. However, application of
suitable theories and concepts empower Mehr Hair and Beauty to analyse its market condition in
