INTRODUCTION Business environment includes various influencing factors such as internal and external factors which may affect the business operation of an organisation irrespective of the matter whether private, public or voluntary. Types And Purpose Of Private, Public And Voluntary Organisation And Their Legal Structure Every organisation established in market with some purposes, aims and objectives. To achieve all of them, the management plays an important and crucial role through making an effective decision and policies with the help of information available with them. Organisation are of different types such as private, public and voluntary. It is important for an organisation to follow all rules and regulations formulated by government in order to get appropriate support from them.

Private Organisation An organisation whose ownership is attached with two or more persons is known as private company.
