Business environment includes various influencing factors such as internal and external
factors which may affect the business operation of an organisation irrespective of the
matter whether private, public or voluntary. Internal factors includes employee's
behaviour, technological capacity, poor management etc. which affects a lot to the
business activities performed by different departments.
