The role of leaders in recent times can be considered as an integral part, which is
linked to the running of an organization. In this context, it can be stated that there is a various

activity can lead the activity to the factor of success or the factor of failure (Burnes et al.,
2018). Leadership can be an act of leading an employee to achieve the goals and objectives of
an organization. It is important in the area of productivity and performance, which is linked
