Title of the project
“The effectiveness of training and development in increase employee’s performance within the
organisation- A case study of Iveco (commercial vehicle manufacturer)”
Problem statement
This research is based on the effectiveness of various programs used in the training of new
joiners and overall development of employees which enhance the productivity of people in the
organisation. This research regards to the case scenario of Iveco which is a light, medium and
heavy commercial vehicle manufacturer working in Australia. Downfall in the annual production
and sales of the vehicles shows the ineffectiveness of employees in manufacturing and sales.
This research is focused to find out challenges regarding organisational performance which has
linked with the employee’s productivity. This research is focused to analyse the efficiency in
enhancing productivity by using training methods and development programmes of the people
engaged in the company. The problem statement is to evaluate the suitability of development
programmes and training sessions in the organisation to maximise employee’s productivity. This
research project has main aim and objectives according to research topic on which researcher
collect data for the study (Falola, wt. al., 2014).
Aim
The main aim of the research study is to analyse the effectiveness of training and development
sessions to maximise the productivity of employees within the Iveco.
Objectives:
To identify the gaps in training session and development programs for employees to
improve productivity.
To analyse the suitable training programmes for the employees of the company
To determine the relationship between employee’s productivity and training programs in
Iveco
