Introduction
The following presentation is all about
case study on Essendon Food Solutions
(EFS).
Jonathan Jacob and Henry Shultz have
started the organization forty years ago.
Both of them are working for food
ingredient organization.
But this organization was preventing
any kind of creativity and
innovation(Young and Ghoshal 2016).

Internal Structure of Organiztaion
At present, the organization aims to employ
around 800 people whose total revenue is
around 1.6 billion dollars.
EFS is the holding of two organization that is
EnzymeTech and Essendon emulsifier.
Each of the division is completely headed by a
General Manager (GM) where they need to
make report to EFS CEO and board of directors
(Bertacchini, Dalle Nogare and Scuderi, 2018).
In this organization, all decision like project
appraisal and selection is to be done by GM
and senior executive of each business.

Essendon Food Solutions need to implement a list of things like
Organizing each and every function of EFS : There is need of
organizing different business function and creating a organization
structure for ensuring that each one is properly staffed. Some of
the business function are production, sales and human resource
and finance.
Combining all the available function : EFS come up different
responsibilities for each department for saving money. It is mainly
done when the given function need attention.
Creating a chain of command : In the current organization
structure there is need of designated each person who is directed
as superior.
Communication of structure : In ESF there is need for
communicating their organization structure and how it will benefit

global economy is known to be a external factor which affect the
business. Fluctuation in market is depended on politics and wars
for most of the organization.
Analyzing both finance and credit : EFS needs to keep a track of
interest rates, credit card loans. These are some external factors
which cannot be controlled.
Analyzing changes in the local infrastructure : Any kind of
changes in local infrastructure can bring huge damage to this firm.
Keeping a track of changes in the law order : The current law and
order in the state have direct impact on organization.
