Introduction
The following presentation is all about
case study on Essendon Food Solutions
(EFS).
Jonathan Jacob and Henry Shultz have
started the organization forty years ago.
Both of them are working for food
ingredient organization.
But this organization was preventing
any kind of creativity and
innovation(Young and Ghoshal 2016).

Internal Structure of Organiztaion
At present, the organization aims to employ
around 800 people whose total revenue is
around 1.6 billion dollars.
EFS is the holding of two organization that is
EnzymeTech and Essendon emulsifier.
Each of the division is completely headed by a
General Manager (GM) where they need to
make report to EFS CEO and board of directors
(Bertacchini, Dalle Nogare and Scuderi, 2018).
In this organization, all decision like project
appraisal and selection is to be done by GM
and senior executive of each business.
