Forexample: - there is very famous authentic place names as “kosovo”special thing about the place is it comes under private institutions,and they improved it very well, although even government alsosupport them to do so.. The government andcommercial owners need to collaborate on various frontsjust to ensure that they are able to develop, maintain andcommercialize these historic sites in a proper manner. The competitive advantages affect economic growth andfactors. If governmental institutions are not willing todevelop extra profits it will directly affects the privatesectors which has not given positive impact of competitiveadvantage. All the private ownership companies are onlyworks for gaining maximum profits and enhance reputationin the market place. It also develops improvements in newtechniques and methods that will help in making incomeand revenue in proper manner. They develop and generateprofit with the help of large number of visitors who comefor travel in the country. It will also analyses differentcultural and heritage management of nation that will assistin developing new business.
