INTRODUCTIONHospitality Industry comprises a group of businesses that comprises of providing servicesto customers. The main objective of the business under this industry is to satisfy the needs wandwants of customers through enhancing their experiences. The businesses under this industry arehotels, bars and restaurants that are proving various services to the customer such as place tosleep, food and drinks. The business undertaken under this report is Carnival Corporation & PLCwhich is a British American cruise operator (Schwager, Decker and Kaltenegger, 2016).
