The study focuses on the integration of internationalization in a private institute of higher education in the UK and its impact on leadership and culture. The research questions explore the strategies used for integration and the challenges faced in integrating culture and internationalization. The literature review suggests that educational leadership and cultural integration based on learning, research, and teaching are crucial for successful internationalization. The questionnaire addresses various aspects of internationalization, including educational facilities, intellectual stimulation, curriculum knowledge, learning environment, and facilitating learning processes. Additionally, the study examines the impact of transactional and transformational leadership styles on teacher performance, emphasizing the importance of transformational leadership in promoting positive changes and true learning outcomes.
