Summary
The article focuses on adopting the new approach which can assist in community
building by performing the task that can develop self-awareness and behavior of helping one
another. Further, it uses an approach to alleviate the poverty level and provide the required
benefit to the disadvantaged group. It emphasizes more on enforcement of the right values by
taking the help of the leaders and following their instructions.

The article focuses on the requirement of improving the performance of the student to

that the students are able to achieve the objectives and at the same time, schools are offering their
best to the students so that they can recognize their potential. The article concentrates on the
instructional leadership along with discussing the principal methods that are applied for
reflecting on the requirements to fulfill the objectives of school and students.
