Peterborough
(A) INTRODUCTION
The main aim of conducting this study is to understand the essentiality of management in
performance within healthcare sector. It represents the impact of management on the
performance and efficiency in NHS Peterborough. Management reflects the positive correlations
between clinical and economic performance (Cantor and Poh, 2018). However, there is still an
argument on the type of management that an administration team of healthcare industry is
adopted to manage the healthcare system. Therefore, it is concluded that the healthcare
interventions mainly depends on the ability and willingness of management in providing the
health care services to patients. Thus, to complete this study, researcher adopts the use of
knowledge streams on the specific topic of the impact of management on performance and
efficiency in NHS Peterborough. NHS is an umbrella term that offers services to public related to
healthcare in UK (Welcome to Cambridge shire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust, 2021).
To complete this research proposal researcher undertakes NHS Peterborough that is one of the
six centers used for offering medical services to patients. This report studies that the NHS
Peterborough operated by service users who perform their task much better than any other health
care system sector. This research also discussed the relationship between management with
performance of health system and NHS Peterborough to effectively examine the impact of
management. To effectively understand the topic several aspects are to be demonstrated such as
theoretical aspects and methodology so that appropriate results are to be presented.

According to the viewpoint of “Ralph Heibutzki, (2021)” it is stated that the influence of
management upon performance and efficiency on employees of NHS Peterborough in several
ways. Manager within healthcare industry impact in numerous manner on the performance and
efficiency of an employees by using constructive feedback, performance reviews etc. The
performance of organisation does not rise unless management does not motivate their employees
for effective working in healthcare sector. In this management follow control and command to
inspire loyalty and productivity for getting sustainable results. It is high important to analyse
impact of management on productivity by using several aspects that are presented below:
Behaviour modelling- it is an aspect that reflects the influence of management on
performance and efficiency of those who works under the management team. In NHS
Peterborough, correlation among the performance and career path of managers examine
