TOPIC : To Analyse The Impact Of Mental Illness Caused By Depression.INTRODUCTION The behavioural pattern that is causes the poor ability to function in life is defined as themental illness or mental disorder. Many disorders may be diagnosed by the mental healthprofessionals (Fuhr and et.al., 2014). The causes of mental illness are often unclear and difficultto diagnose. The combination of behaviours, feelings, thinkings of a person shows the symptomsof mental disorder in an individual. In this report the statement of objectives, significance of thetopic, its definition in detail will be explained. The critical analysis of literature, recommendationfor practice and conclusion will be discussed below. STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVE Objectives are the efforts or the actions intended to attain the goal, purpose, target in a report byan individual. Some objectives are as follows : To understand the concept of depression on mental health of an individual.To identify the factors causing depression and there impact on health of an individual.To analyse the reasons that causes depression in daily routine life. SIGNIFICANCE OF THE IMPACT OF MENTAL ILLNESS CAUSED BYDEPRESSION Some factors that plays an important role to stay away from depression are : Sleep hygiene : Proper sleep play an important role to keep the depression away. It is felt by theexperts that the people should learn about insomnia which a disease. In this disease the peopleare unable to sleep properly due to which they face health problems mainly depression.Lifestyle changes : As everyone knows that caffeine contributes to sleeplessness in an individualas alcohol and nicotine (O'Hara and et.al., 2014). The alcohol initially depresses the nervoussystem, which some people to fall asleep. The effects of regular alcohol causes many otherhealth issues and the impact of alcohol remains for a lesser time. Techniques to relax : The exercises like meditation,guided imagery, deep breathing andprogressive muscle relaxation helps to reduce or remove anxiety and mental stress.Some factor that causes depression are :Anxiety disorder : The group of various mental disorders characterized by significant feelings offear, worries, different thinking of an individual is defined as anxiety.
