2BUSINESS RESEARCHIntroduction and reflection on reportFrom the basis of this assignment, I have gained a lot of skills and knowledge tounderstand about the importance of culture within the organizations. Based on the data andinformation present in the assignment, I understood that maintaining a good culture can help inenhancing the performances of the workers of the organization. The leaders and managers dohold the responsibilities to create a good culture within the workplace for creating good workingconditions for the employees. This will result in creating a strong workforce that can contributelargely to the organizational efficiency and drive the economic performance and production levelof the organization (Alvesson and Sveningsson, 2015). From this journal, I have understood thata healthy culture promotes high performance of workers and motivates them, which enhancestheir work efficiency and allows for increasing the economic performance too. A good andsupportive culture maintained within organizations can also help in motivating the workers andencourage them to perform to the potential and bring out desired positive outcomes with easeand effectiveness. Often companies face difficulties in creating a good culture withinorganization and this deteriorates the organizational performance largely too. The topic focuseson how establishing a good culture can drive employee performance and enhance productionlevel and efficiency of the organization (Nica, 2013). This would also create a positive brandimage and identity and create loyal customers effectively. The production level of theorganization depends on the motivation and encouragement of employees done by the managersand leaders of the organization. Each and every company maintains some values, ethics andbeliefs and all the employees working there must follow those for creating good culture andpromote good working conditions within the organizational environment (Hogan and Coote,2014).
