INTRODUCTION •Individuals are the people who undertake different activities in order to get the work done in an efficient manner. Society is made with individuals wherein different groups of people work and pursue their dream for achieving their personal goals. Individuals get separated from society for pursuing own needs desires in order to gain independence & self reliance. Although, an individual needs to enter in society to get love, friendship, feeling of self belongingness and more. It is not easy to survive in society without becoming a part of society as it helps to meet social and psychological requirements of a person. The present study is based on theme ofindividual and society. Eachand every person wishes to make own separate identity within society.
MAIN BODY •Individual is a person who strive for superiority and power in compensationoffeelingsofinferiority.Eachandevery individualinhisownway,isuniqueandhasadifferent personality. Individual is regarded as a person or object within a collection of group of different members wherein each and everypersonhasdistinctabilityandcompetencies.Skills, potential of a person differentiate him from others and help to make a separate identity within society. An individual is a separate part of society who individually performs task and activities but put a profound impact over whole society. There are some unique characteristics of each and every individual which need to identify in an efficient manner in order to understand the concept of individualism within society.

It is analyzed that there is advanced, unique as well as technological systems are used in modern day society for executing task in convenient way. In addition to this, urbanization has also increased in the modern day society where millions of people reside in cities. Industry revolution has also being introduced in the modern day society by which a lot of job opportunities has been emerged. In modern day society, people are segregated on the basis of their social economic background.

Apart from this, there are ample of job opportunities can be found within modern society which are crucial for an individual and provide them scope to earn sufficient money to enjoy life.
