In the current time travel and tourism is the most important and famous sector which contribute a
lot in the country economy and through which needs and requirements of the entire world is
considered. In the same condition technology play major role to enhance the performance and
quality of the travelling services in the market which will increase the economic rate. This
research is related to the impact of technology or media on the TUI organization which is dealing
in the tour operations services and how this will enhance TUI service standard in the market. The
research will define the background, aims and objectives which are related to the topic (Xiang et
al, 2015).
Background of the research
With the help of technology implementation the industries dealing in travel and tourism such as
TUI as tour operator will achieve various types of benefits by using internet, social media or
other digital technology. Technology will help the organization to communicate with their
employees and customers in more flexible way. This will also expand the business at large scale
