The business plan is to open a new parlour which will specialised in nails and it
will provide all types of blond hair to its customers. It is a unique thing which is not
provided by any other parlour in UK. Employees of beauty parlour will try to provide
good services to customers and they will like this. This will be open in UK and in 2
months (Coe, 2021). Customers will get best products and services because managers
want to earn more profit and want to create good image in the market.
1.2 Describe your core product or service:
Core products or services that will be provided by Bloondish beauty parlour are, it
provides beauty care products which are branded and it is not having any side effect
on skin of customers. Various types of treatment is available for consumers and
employees will give proper attention to every customer and focus on satisfying needs
of customers. Different types of nail art is provided and haircare of high quality will be
given to consumers and branded products are available which is good for skin
(McKenzie, 2017). With the change in fashion or trends, customers will get good quality
products and service which will satisfy their needs.
1.3 Your immediate and future business aims:
Immediate business aims are to attract more customers by providing good quality
products and services. They want to satisfy needs of consumers and try to provide
products according to choice of customers. They want that their saloon must be
occupied and every time it is full with customers. Employees of saloon will try to

satisfy every customer and will not give chance to complain regarding anything (Blut,
Teller and Floh, 2018). Future business aims are to generate more profit by giving
customers good services. New and innovative designs will be provided and customers
will not get a chance to do complain regarding products. They also want to become
best saloon in the city by making good relationships with customers.

Seed capital means money which is raised for developing an idea. In this business
plan loan is being taken from government of £40,000 for starting the business. Every
organisation when starting new firm requires money but after sometime they will
generate revenue. This parlour is being opened by two members and they will invest
half -half money. During covid-19 it is difficult to run business because all shops are
closed, so company has to suffer loss for sometime. They can provide home delivery
services to customers so that people can use products at home (Ekanem, 2017).
