Friends care home Ltd is the government owned 50 bed residential nursing home which has been just started
and coming out of the special measures. In which all staff is new and hired on contract base after the
takeover. This nursing home is currently having 21 residents which is due to the impact of COVID-19
outbreak. Moreover, the property and equipments of nursing home is in good state as all repaired and rooms
has been refitted in last month. Along with this, it is on the lease of 25 years on its full insuring and
repairing.

in this the core product and service is room and broad to every individual which have been living there along
with provides treatment service by the doctors and to the individual which are suffering from disease.
Moreover, personal care which will includes dressing, bathing etc. there will be 24 hours emergency care
will be available. In addition to this, social and recreational activities also be provided.

the future business aims is to promote the way of life of residents which have been going to provides them
opportunity to enjoy to the greatest extent possible, their rights which they should have as an human beings.
