My role in this research is researcher in which I have certain responsibilities to
effectively communicate this research with the help of appropriate knowledge and information.
For this role I behave in ethical and honest manner during this research in order to effectively
interpret understanding of social analytics along with its importance for hospitality industry. By
performing the role of researcher I effectively evaluate and interpret and effectively clarify
selected topic.
Abstract
Present report has been conducted on the concept of social media analytics along with the
manner through which business organisation can implement different social media analytics tool
in order to accomplish their business objectives.
Purpose
This report includes discussion on various social media analytics tool along with some
recommended practices.
Design
This report has been conducted with the help of secondary research in which information
from various journal articles has been collected. Furthermore, it has been identified that in this
research findings related to the most effective social analytics tool through which business can
enhance their visibility is determined.
Findings
In addition to this the research also identifies various forms of social media analytics
tools that can help organisation in hospitality industrial sector to conduct their business
operations in an effective manner.
Social or Business implications
The original value of the research signifies the importance business analytics through
which organisation can assure higher growth and profitability in respective industrial sector.
Research Limitation

However it has been identified that there are some certain form of limitation that has been
to be faced in this research it include accumulation of data from different sources that takes more
amount of time.

INTRODUCTION
Social media analytics is defined as a process of gathering, evaluating data from different
social media networks such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. It has been identified
that this is mainly utilised by marketers within an organisation in order to effectively track online
conversation related to products and services. Furthermore it has been underlined that social
media analytics effectively help in determining consumer behaviour patterns that helps in
