INTRODUCTION
Social media analytics is defined as process of collecting data and evaluating that data
from different social media platform which includes Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc. It is used
by different organization to understand need of consumers and also help in understanding type of
products and services needed by consumers. Social media analytics have helped in understanding
about products used by consumers and also assist organization in understanding their experience
regarding products and how effectively it has satisfied consumers. With the help of collected
data organization focuses on utilizing platform which is been very useful and effective for them
and implementing necessary measures to utilize identified platform in order to connect with
consumers. This research focuses on impact of social media on different business sectors and
how it contributed in success of organization by giving new techniques to business to advertise
and reach out to new consumers. Internet these days have revolutionized business and it also

for success of business. Social media have provided new techniques to reach out to new
