Introduction
Public Health helps to the different organisation in different countries to prevent the various
diseases. The main purpose of Public Health is to aware the people about the various diseases
through the health and social care organisation and also helps to provide treatment with all
type of diseases to the people through the health care and social care organisations. In this
assignment, the researcher has discussed the role of the different public, private, local and
international agencies role and functions. The assignment has shed light on how to prevent
the diseases and how to avoid the disease by following different steps. The researcher has
mentioned about the solutions of the various diseases in the UK.
TASK 1
1.1 Role of the agencies for identifying the diseases
According to Brett et al. (2014, p.637), to identify the various diseases the roles of the local,
national and the international agencies are the most vital role. Especially the local agencies
can provide the best health facilities to every country. For any kind of infectious disease, the
local communities are the most important part to play the role for curing the diseases. Apart
from this, the government can play a crucial role in the diseases identification and they can
provide awareness to the entire health care organisation by providing them with detail of the
infectious disease. World Health Organisation plays another vital role to identify the various
diseases and they have linked with the laboratories in different countries. They have linked
with the different private and the public sectors to get information about the disease of the
people. The various voluntary organisations, different health trust and the European Union all
these agencies play an important role in identifying the disease and providing awareness to
avoid the diseases (Biehl and Petryna, 2013, p.524). Identifying the diseases would not only
assist the agencies to grow their service in the society, however, it would also help to make a
good environment in every country.
The entire local, national and the international agencies always try their best to provide the
solution of the various diseases after getting information from the various public and the
private sectors of the country. Here, NHS is selected to do the study. NHS sheets assume a
key part in molding the system, vision and reason for an association. They hold the
association to represent the conveyance of system and guarantee an incentive for cash. They

are likewise mindful for guaranteeing that dangers to the association and the general
population are overseen and alleviated adequately. Driven by an autonomous seat and made

and one non-infectious disease

In UK, one infectious disease is HIV AIDS. On the other hand, one non-infectious disease is
asthma. The main reason of epidemiology diseases are such as occurrence rates, various
trends and the defenceless group as well. Blood fluid can cause HIV including menstrual
blood or semen or vaginal secretions. However, in this course, HIV must get inside the body.
Symptoms of HIV are as follows; fever, chill, rash, night sweats, muscle aches, fatigues et
cetera.
According to Drummond et al. (2015, p.654), infectious disease can happen for virus
infection, organisms, and bacteria as well. In the year of 1994, the research show that there
were around 2000 of peoples was AIDS infected and the amount of these diseases became

less in the year of 2004. It clearly reflects that the diseases become less affected in the UK in
later years. The people of AIDS affected were diagnosed properly but at the beginning, these
facilities were not enough. However, in the year of 2004, the diagnosis of 7000 people can
help a lot to avoid the death. However, the death of the AIDS affected people was around
2000 in the year 1994. In the year of 2004, the death of the AIDS affected people became less
and the figure is less than 1000 people. Therefore, it can be stated that the diagnosis system
has improved a lot in the year of 2004. However, in the year 1994, the diagnoses were not
enough to save the people from AIDS. The death of AIDS is also decreased in the year of
2004. At the beginning year in 1994, the people and the healthcare organisations were not
enough aware and the diagnosis systems were not enough to deal with this infectious diseases
(Rosen and Imperato, 2015, p.56). However, later people, the health care, and the social care
organisation all are aware of this diseases and this awareness helped to the social care and
health care organisation to deal with AIDS.
On the other hand, one non-infectious disease is asthma.

Asthma is not an infectious disease. The disease of Asthma affects the children. As per the
research analysis, almost 19% of the children had this diseases before taking admission in
hospital and among them, 20% of children were getting the treatment. After the six months of
it has been seen that 25% of children were again facing the disease and among them, 15% of
children were cured. After the 5 years 45% of children were infected by Asthma and among
them, 25% of children were cured.
Thus, with this data it is prevalent that diseases like Asthmas and HIV aids are continuing to
spread in the society in spite of taking precautions, for the reason the role of health and social
care management system is huge in this matter.
1.3 Evaluation of the approaches to control the diseases
To deal with the disease and to control the diseases like HIV AIDS and Asthma the public
sectors could take different approaches and strategies as well.
In the case of controlling HIV, the health care organisation, as well as the social care
organisation of UK, can play a crucial role and they can take effective strategies. The
strategies are such as
● It is necessary to make a plan to provide the awareness about the diseases of AIDS.
● To provide proper medicine and diagnose to the affected people
● To make campaign in different places of UK
First, it is necessary to prove the information about AIDS and its ways by which it can be
spread and affected by other people (Glasby, 2017, p.523). The various local care and health
care organisation must take the responsibilities to spread the awareness among the people
about the diseases. Secondly, HIV affects those people for them it needs to provide proper
medicine and necessary to diagnose them. Therefore, the health care organisation and the
social care organisation must have the facilities to provide the facilities to the affected people.
Proper facilities can help to prevent the disease and right medicine at the right time could
help to prevent the people. Finally, in the rural place and in different geographical locations,
the health care organisation could make a campaign to provide the treatment and to prove the
important information about the diseases. All the above-stated factors can be extremely
helpful to deal with AIDS. All the stated strategies are effective enough for the healthcare
organisation as well as for the social care organisations.

On the other hand, to deal with Asthma the health care and the social care organisations can
take various strategies and they are such as-
● To make the local health and social care more aware about the disease so that they can
help to the local people to make them aware about the diseases (Murphy and
Manbeck, 2014, p.199).
● By making more, effective to the facilities of the health and social care organisations.
● To make campaign in different places of UK
The health care organisation must be more aware of the disease so that they can provide more
information about the disease to the local people (Berkman et al. 2014, p.54). Therefore, that
at the beginning stage of Asthma the treatment can be started and it can help to make the well
and helps to cure the disease at the initial stage. Then the facilities of the different social and
health care organisation must be improved and efficient enough to cure the disease. Finally,
by making campaign in different place to make the people aware the Asthma so that it can
help to cure the disease.
On the other hand, it can be evaluated that education in this matter plays an important role, as
it was observed that many people still are not aware of this diseases. They do not know the
pre-cautions they need to take or they do not know the early symptoms of theses diseased, for
the reason to control HIV and Asthmas a proper mode of giving education to people is very
necessary.
All the stated strategies are efficient enough to cure Asthma.

Various implication plans to cure the illness
Introduction
In this report the researcher has shed light on the various implications plan to deal with the
different disease of the people. Different approaches and strategies are mentioned in the
report. The report focuses on the chances of the disease and the requirement of the service to
deal with the diseases like AIDS and Asthma. The various impacts of the right lifestyle and
how good lifestyle can be essential for curing the diseases of the people.

2.1 Relevant research
The research has shown that to prevent all the diseases like AIDS and Asthma, the health care
organisations and social care organisation can make the awareness of the local people
(Bridger et al. 2017, p.55). So the disease can be detected at its initial stages. To prevent the
disease like AIDS the people need to aware of its infection that is harmful.
The people who are suffering from AIDS, they need to take care of the factors that spread the
disease. First, they can make their diagnosis in the health care organisations and social care
organisation. The service providers of the health care and social care organisation must have
the effective skill to provide the proper treatment to the people. The properly diagnosed
system can be essential to curing the disease. Palliative care can be helpful for the people to
release the grief of the people. Apart from this palliative medicine can be given to the people
who are near to death and counting the days for death. Two types of vaccines can be included
for HIV, they are preventive vaccines, and another is therapeutic vaccines. To prevent a
disease the steps are such as avoiding breast milk, vaginal fluid, body fluids like blood and so
on.
On the other hand, to prevent Asthma the service care must provide treatment to the people
who are suffering from this disease (Grajales et al. 2014, p.13). The patient can use a mask to
avoid the air infection that can cause Asthma. The inhaler can be used to cure the disease for
medicine. For treatment, the service provider of the health care and social care organisation
must provide proper treatment like to avoid the dust, to stay away from the cold and various
types of smell that can be the reason of suffering by Asthma. This is quite difficult to cure but
the patience must maintain proper rules that are given by the service providers of the health
care organisations. By taking medicine and by using the mask the patient can be cured. To
prevent Asthma people can use a mask to keep safe from the air infection of Asthma (Davis
et al. 2014, p.82). The people who are smoke they can suffer from this disease.
Making these steps effectively, there is a need to make a perfect execution plan, where the
service can be spread to as many people as health organisation can and to make it possible a
different committee needed to be established. The committee would be able to allocate
programmes separately to deal with this matter.

and requirements of services

facilities to deal with the diseases like HIV and Asthma-

who are suffering from the disease and another plan is to make them aware of the
harmful effect of the disease like HIV and Asthma.
● Facilities are another vital factor for any social care or health care organisations.
Having good facilities is always helpful for both the service users and the service
providers (Gulliford and Morgan, 2013, p.54). Therefore, the service givers can be
easily satisfied and the service providers can be able to prove the best service to the
people.
● Expertise is the most vital factor within a healthcare organisation (Roberts, 2014,
p.233). The expertise can help to provide the best remedy for the people who are
suffering from the disease like AIDS and Asthma. Having expertise in any such
disease in the health and social care organisation is very crucial.
● Funding for the social and health care organisation is very important to provide the
medicine and to provide the service to the people (Moreno et al. 2015, p.607).
Without funding, the health care organisations are unable to provide any kind of
facility to the people.
● Partnership working can help to the health and social care organisation with other
health care organisation so that the service can be improved and the time of
emergency, the organisations can take help from the other service care organisations
(Carman et al. 2016, p.566).
The motive is a crucial factor for providing the service. The service must be for the
betterment of the people not for the benefits of the individuals. The health and social care

2.3 Analysing the various impact of current lifestyle
The lifestyle of the children must be effective for the betterment of their future. First the
parents of the children must be aware enough about their own lifestyle diet, exercise and

relaxation as well (Lönnroth et al. 2014, p.100). The elders must avoid smoking and drinking
in front of the children. It can affect both the children and the elders of the family. The elders
of the family must not make wrong behaviour with the children. The elders and the children
must eat hygienic foods and protein related foods so that it can be helpful for the health.
Exercise is an important factor to keep strong and healthy. Relaxation is an important factor
for all the people. Apart from this meditation and yoga can be included to be healthier. The
work culture of the people can be effective to maintain the healthy lifestyle (Tulchinsky and
Varavikova, 2014, p.56). Thus, it has been evaluated that pre-caution is necessary from the
small children to elders and as per the modern society’s culture is concerned people get very
few time to get relaxed or be conscious about their health by maintaining a healthy life style,
for the reason they need to concentrate in this matter very seriously.
Conclusion
In conclusion, it can be said that the various ways to prevent the disease can be helpful for the
people. The palliative care, as well as the remedy care both, is an important factor for the
people who are suffering from the various diseases. The healthcare organisations and the
social care organisations must be efficient enough to provide the best service to the people.
The healthy lifestyle of the people and the children can be helpful to avoid any kind of
disease in the future. Good behaviour of the elders towards the children can be effective for
the betterment of the future of the children.
