INTRODUCTION
Health is the most important aspect in any country. Public health & social care is one of
the area which is more concerned by the government. Because of various components, there are
many hazards related to health that are reported in all around the world. It is necessary to
consider all the factors very seriously and updated all the procedures and policies related to
health management in order to control the issues (Biehl and Petryna, 2013). The health and
social care sector work collectively with government and private entities in order to implement
these procedures and policies effectively. Support of common public is necessary to manage
public health. In the present assignment, given company is National Health service which deals
in healthcare department. The organisation administers healthcare to local residents with free
services and is headquartered in London, United Kingdom. The report covers roles of different
authorities in determining levels of health in communities and effectiveness of different
strategies and methods to monitor and control the incidence of disease. Apart from this,
influence of present choices of lifestyle on future needs for health care services are defined.
Understanding of different factors that impact the health & well being of individuals are also
explained in this report.

After conducting research, NHS can identified how many number of person are suffering
Tuberculosis diseases at entire world (Emmenegger, 2012). Therefore different approaches are
available which is needed for conserving community from harmful illness or diseases which
impacted person in its daily life.
Sickness prevention: It is identify as a part of drug which required by preserving persons
in order to keep strategic space from irresistible diseases.
Treatment: It is one of the important thing which is required by person who are suffering
from tuberculosis problems in its life. It is essential for the NHS to hardening the ailment in an
effective and efficient manner. Currently, it has been introduce that the better care is dedicated

various kind of issues (Brennan and et. al., 2012). Due to this, community is not aware regarding
several diseases or problems due to poor knowledge and education. Therefore, Members of NHS
are liable for organise prevalence to evaluating the requirement of particular facility and take
some steps accordingly. So it is very important for taking effective process as per the need of
community and developing strategies for decreasing hazardous and other health related problem
from entire society.

company, there are also various damages and long term issues are identified in an effective
manner. It is identified by the National health service that there is 48% increment of obesity
possibility. It is fretful to shown as a busy schedule of business entity. It will also develop a
inactive life style, it is making big problem which is much terrible. There are several number of
solution which are suggested by company are as follows:
 The consumption of alcohol is mostly damaging the lever and stomach issue in person.
So, NHS suggested that person should not consider alcohol in daily basis.
 Another, one of the biggest issue is cigarette smoking which can causes as a cancer and
heart diseases in human. So company try to give better facility in order to avoid smoking
habit. Person who are habitual to smoking, they are recommended to smoke in few
quantity as well as suggested to ignore this bad usage after several time.

Tackling obesity and especially for children: In modern world, million number of
children are mostly attracted towards the junk food items (Cameron and et. al., 2014). They are
providing their more taste to the junk food such as noodles, pastries, chocolates, pizza, cakes and
other items. Uses of those food products, they are suffering big issue due to their health and

safety. It is identify as a main issue which is maximised in daily basis. So it can develop as a
cause of heart diseases. In this parents should provide an accurate diet plan and strategy to their
child by taking support of family doctor. In this mother should also cook green and healthy for
their children. So they can eat healthy products and increase immunity power as well as battle
from germs of different kind of diseases.
Reducing smoking: It is a big issue which can causing as a tuberculosis, cancer and
other respiratory problems (Gili and et. al., 2012). So in this business try to provide best and
useful information in order to reduce this habits. Person who are smoking in open market are not
only demolishing their health and safety but also effecting other person.
Decrease harm from alcohol: It is a big issue which is suffering by the person that may
be rise as a cause of heart attacks, cancer, mental disorder, and other diseases. If person want to
track a healthy living then they try to reduce alcohol habit effectively.
Secure the life of child in order to tackle the big identification of better health: Each

al., 2012). In order to overcome with this problem it is very essential for an individual to
go to bed at same time and every day in weekend and holidays also. This routine helps in
promote the night sleep.
3.4 Activities that has been created to encourage behaviour change
NHS should bring modification in the regular life of persons in regards to enhance their
health and well-being effectively. There are few changes which can be made in regular basis are
as follows:
Education: An enterprise should make better policies in order to giving education due to
health and social care. In this they should develop a classroom and seminars to service taker, so
they can get better knowledge and skills regarding the signs and symptoms of various kinds of
diseases.
Physical exercise: NHS should consider the activities and plans of physical fitness. So in
this they should arrange a better program where all members are assigned to precede the
regulation of daily basis exercise. In this they can also organised yoga and other activities for
them.
Games: It is also important and essential part in maintain individual health. In this who
person suffering diseases of mental depression, so due to social care of the company make a
better plan and create indoor games to patients (Tesler, 2012). So it reduce the stress and mental
