INTRODUCTION
Theories and culture depicts the methods with which addressable and the implied nature of
working is being undertaken. Health and social care is an important department which helps in
providing effective services for the all the individuals who are being in requirement of health and
social care. This manage all the ethics, care units, assistants, counselling through which the
development of care is being provided. In order to develop the health behaviour and also to
implement, identify and develop different intervention with which the health care is managed
will be attributed through various theories which are like common fate theory, Face to Face
interaction theory, social category theory and many more (Jiang, Kalyuga and Sweller, 2021).
This essay will showcase all the important theories which are being applied in the workplace and
also the ways in which they will be implemented in health and social care.
TASK
In order to manage the growth and also the administration of the workplace there comprise of so
many theories with which the effective workplace management can be undertaken it involves
general methods with which the health and social care is being addressed. Some of the main
theory with which the workplace management is being taken are like, Common Fate theory
implies to provide all the human perceive and also the visual elements with which this theory
provides a common goal to all the individual. They aim and manage to work together in which
they share the interpersonal bond and also the sharing identities and the effective cooperation and
management of high fate significant. This theory shapes and runs on the principles in which all
the people will run in line and try to perceive all the shapes and the goals through the effective
and the common goal and path this theory outlines to maintain the effective nature and the
similar direction with which the individuals will maintain the work and also address the general
framing and nature (Deppermann and Haugh, 2021). This theory is majorly being used in all the
health care sector by applying and managing the duly care and the effective turning facilities to
the attenders and the staff members by applying the goals and the similar aspect of working. It
last in the Gestalt theory with which all the separated orders and the psychological orders and
working is undertaken to manage the effective relationship.
