Due to globalization, the world is so busy that it has no time to see things happening around
them. They are in this believed that people who are mentally and physically stable deserves to be
in this world of competition. But they must not forget that this population also includes those
sections which are always deprived of their basic right because they are physically not fit and are
suffering from issues like Dumb and deaf (Mand et al., 2009). In fact, these sections of
individuals are not being treated as the part of the community in the present world. As per the
study, it has been found that these sections of individuals are not given opportunities related to
education as well as employment in order to explore the world.
Idea generation
This idea is to develop a restaurant which will use employee on those people which comes from
dumb and deaf section of the population which will act as an employment source for these
sections of the people. The idea was generated from the special school which provides their
education service to these sections of people with the help of Aboriginal Sign Language (Power,
2013). In addition to this, this idea is also interlinked with the news channels which use sign
language to convey their news to the audience. Both these situations will be combined together
in the form of restaurant which will offer food and beverages to the local people.

Currently, it has been seen that a good portion of the Australian community is facing issues
related to physical disable conditions. As a result, these individuals are cut off from the normal
stream from an earlier age. This has put this section of the population in low confidence and
they, therefore, have started thinking that they are not part of this community due to strange

condition of this section of the population but are not truly successful because they are not able
