CPB Contractors appoint a Project Manager. He will assist CPB Contractors toconstruct the stadium ethically and efficiently. The Project Manager will design the entireproject plan for Abun Stadium and based on the plan CPB Contractors, and other associatedstakeholders will carry out the project activities. The main objective of the project is toprepare a project plan.i. The project plan must detect all the project activities that need to be carried out forsuccessful completion of the project. The project plan showcases all the project activities insequential order and also demonstrates the activity dependencies. The stakeholders can beable to know the project activities that are dependent on one another. Based on that, they canbe able to set priorities. ii. The project plan must explain the techniques and the tools associated with the project. Thetools must be ready for them so that the project activities can be conducted with ease. iii. The project plan must be able to define the cost of every project activities. CPBContractors may have to spend heavy on purchasing the electric equipment and the hardwareresources. However, the project plan can save money for the project.iv. The stadium construction must be performed in an efficient manner,so they need toappoint best stakeholders for the project.v. The project manager must create graphs, bars and charts for the construction project. Allthese drawings will help to carry out the project activities.

The projectmanager and the stakeholders can be able to know the budget required for each activity tocomplete the project. vii. The project plan must contain the timeline of the project. CPB Contractors and otherstakeholders who are in charge of stadium construction can know the project activities and adetailed timeline of each activity.Project DeliverablesThe project manager and his team are responsible for the delivering the stadiumconstruction project to Aubun general Director. The project deliverables contain the projectactivities list. The project plan will help the Project Director to know every project activities.The Director will be able to know the project dependencies. He can assess which projectactivity is dependent on one another. The project deliverables also contain the detailedtimeline of every activity. He can know the exact start date and the exact deadline for everyproject activity. The project deliverables also contain the overall budget required to completethe project. Aubun General Director can have a clear idea, and he can know how muchmoney is being spent on which activities. The Aubun Stadium Construction plan contains the following summary tasks-contract plans for the stadium construction, documentation review of the stadium and theconstruction plan approval, bids and contracts, basic foundation of the stadium. Aftercompleting the basic foundation of the stadium, CPB Contractors will work on the basestadium works, and the Plaza works. The project deliverables also contain project data likethe allowances for the stadium, margins and contingency, pre-construction stadium siteworks, utility service at the stadium, precinct improvement works at the stadium. Aftercleaning the project will be handed over to General Director of Aubun Stadium. The entireproject will take about 156 weeks to complete. The estimated budget for the project isAU$541,040. The resource sheet gives the list of stakeholders; he can know which stakeholder hasbeen assignedto which activity. The Sales Department, CPB Construction Department,COPB Construction Subcontractor, CPB Mechanical Subcontractor, Supplier, Civil Engineer,Electrician, Builder, Mason, Plumber, Field Superintendent, Wood Machinist are thestakeholders who will carry out the basic foundation of the stadium. They will conduct thebase stadium works, and the plaza works. The groundsmen staff will work on the stadiumpitch. The sewage staff and cleaning staff and the cleaning staff will carry out the watersewage activities and the cleaning activities. If he is satisfied and approves the deliverables,then only the project manager and his team will start working on the stadium constructionproject. Technical Requirements for the ProjectPublic Works Minister of Australia sets the technical requirements provisions. CPBContractors and the project stakeholders are bound to follow the local zoning plan ofAustralian regions. The technical requirements depend on several factors like the structure ofthe stadium, comfort, security and the safety. The stadium must have waste water drainage facility.The construction site must have well-built channels and landfills. The stadium must haveproper telecommunication facility. The project manager, as well as the project stakeholders,must ensure safety and security of the company that is why they must opt for the securityfeatures like the fire extinguishers and smoke-tight doors. The stadium also must haveelectric generators.Strata Title UnitsStrata title units can be implemented above the land surface. Also, the strata title unitscan be installed on the land surface. However, they must be implemented above the landsurface. The strata title must be able to fulfil the requirements of the construction project, andit must support the prosperity of the residents of Australia. CPB Contractors and the projectmanager must make sure that the outside residents conduct the project operations efficientlyand smoothly. Density and Layout of the StadiumCPB Contractors and project manager must use the construction area effectively. Thebuilding layout must be developed in a fashion such that the smoothness of the dailyactivities can retain. The project manager will have to ensure that the residents of the stadiumlead a good and healthy life.
