Reflective practices mainly helps in defining the owns actions as for continuous
adapting and engages an individual into learning. This essay mainly describes about reflecting on the learnings of 3 topics as referencing, time management, taking and making notes. Also, describes the benefits of these learnings in the future. MAIN BODY Learnings from the topics studied while studying the topics it has developed my earnings about the note taking, as while attending the lectures in the classroom. Note taking mainly improved my listening skills by engaging self for concentrating more on the topics being included in the lectures. Learnings from taking notes mainly assist me in being more aware about the small points by making better notes with actively listening to all the topics (Luo and et.al., 2018). As while attending the module, it helped me in learning about how to make the notes, as it describes about while listening to the topics it denotes in writing in precise manner by summarising the topics being heard which mainly helps in remembering the information with notes for the later terms. Further more while attending the lectures in the classroom it mainly assisted me in being more attentive and better understanding about the facts with memorizing the information being dictates while studying in the university (Gravett and Kinchin, 202). Also, while attending the module it helped in adopting different ways for making notes with playing close attention with spending the time in catching the facts and being focused on the lectures by asking the questions in between (Lindahl and Grace,2018). Also, highlighting the lines and the key points while making notes this helps in later memorise the findings and the learnings being communicated in the particular topic. Further more while writing the notes at the time of lectures for reducing the time with using the abbreviations mainly helps in better understanding in the future. More over, limiting the distraction for listening actively helps in accurately writing the information about the topics being discussed in the lectures. As for instance while attending the lectures I was very confused about the word being communicated by the professor, for this leaving the gap when the worked is not being properly understood and communicating clearly for this by asking question at last. Lastly I am able to adapt the best style for note writing with actively listening and asking questions for removing the misunderstanding about the learnings and the topics being discussed in the classroom. Further more the learning from the time management module mainly helped me in gaining deep knowledge and skills for managing time for reducing stress and anxiety in life
while studying and managing self. With the learnings, I have developed understanding for managing time in life (Aggar and et.al., 2018). This mainly supports me in achieving great heights in the academics. As time management encouraged me to manage the stress, improves thesleepandperformancewithdevelopingtheabilityofmultitasking.Effectivetime management helps in achieving the right balance between the personal and academic life, which results in scheduling, prioritising the work by optimising all the day activities. Thus, the learning from time management mainly assist me in accomplishing the set target before the deadlines and completing the assignments in the academic, also it helps in prioritising the work which reduces stress and results in becoming more efficient. With this I have started developing the work plans on the daily basis or reducing stress and working better with completing all the task before set targets. Also, by using the time sponge activities while the teachers are mainly busy in doing some work at the time of lectures as of collecting the notes and asking questions from peers in order to remain in the current position and get busy which helped me in reconnecting my work while attending the lecture. This tends in improving my time management skills as by taking notes in free time and organising the task to be completed till the set deadlines. Further more practising breathing exercise which mainly helped me in regaining the energy for concentrating back of the lectures. More over the learning from referencing has helped me in avoiding copy paste of the content which assisted to reduce plagiarism by making the use of own clear ideas and thoughts rather than using some one else. This results in developing proper understanding by referencing the names for clearly denoting the use of other ideas, opinions and arguments. Development benefits in future university course With developing the learnings and understanding about three topics from the module. Effective time management skills mainly helps in scheduling the daily task for completing the assignment of the university before time in the future (Wolters and Brady,2021). Also, I will make the to do list for completing the set assignment as it mainly helps in prioritizing and managing personal and academic life. Further more, it helps me in working in more efficient manner as to achieve the goals in faster manner by completing before set and given deadlines which limits the stressful conditions. Also the learnings from the note taking will help me in effectively listening to the facts and respecting other opinions for taking note in accurate manner

Thus, these learning helps in taking more in effective manner as to attain success in life.
