weaknesses and threats. Following which, the administration and culture which the company is
currently following would be addressed. The company will then look into a suitable management
style. Lastly, it evaluates the corporation's commercial ethical responsibilities. Titan Airways is
the oldest airline. Throughout Germany, the Gulf, and Northern Africa, a massive array of
facilities is available. Titan Airways operates almost 400 Boeing 737-800 airplane, with a lone
737-700 serving as a chartered, standby, and flight test planes. The aircraft industry in Europe
experienced rapid expansion after deregulation in 1997 and the popularity of its low-cost
