Slide 1: How AI will impact workforce in future?
The first companies that use AI technologies in their entirety can achieve competitive
advantage, increasing operating costs and eliminate headcounts. Although this could be
beneficial from a business point of view, it is evident that this creates anxiety for those engaged
in displacement positions.
The implementation of these technologies would probably lead to a conflict with labor
and the security of workers, due to significant organizational adjustments.

While AI impacts all businesses in one way or another, not all workers are at equal risk.
Occupations in the transport organization may be at even bigger risk, whereas occupations with
the lowest chances of disruption are personal, psychological or literary.
Slide 2: How people perceive AI?
Most companies and people were hopeful that the AI-led transition in the workforce will
give rise to more employments than to losses. Artificial intelligence is expected to quickly
substitute repetitive and basic activities to solve the problems and even go far beyond current
human capacities. AI algorithms can assess instead of people throughout manufacturing settings,
customer service positions and financial institutions. Tasks such as authorization of loans or
whether a client is on board and detecting bribery or financial crime are the responsibility of
Automated Decision making.
