INTRODUCTION
Leadership and administration are most appropriate aspect related to every company which
is affecting present and future strategy implementation of company. The leadership is connected
to individual person who believe in whole vision that is set by business organisation in context of
achieving them in timely manner. In addition to this, the management team focuses on
conducting different activities in proper way. In reference of given assignment, there is
assessment of various leadership and approaches of management in context of TUI. It is
determined as an international tourism organisation which is located in Hanover, Germany. It is
considered as a biggest travel as well as tourism organisation around globe and possessing its
own agency related to travel airlines, cruise ships and many more. This group focuses on having
five European airlines and determined as a largest or biggest holiday fleet in country named as
Europe and they are possessing various tour operator which is depend upon Europe.
The present assignment is depend upon essay writing along with critical assessment of topic
named as “the method through which technology is altering administration style and related to
virtual leader”. In context to role played by leadership and administration in management of
industrial workforce in reference of hospitality as well as tourism company. Furthermore, there is
an assessment of various issues related to equality and diversity which are taken place around
industry and various challenges are analysed which is experienced by workforce (Anthony,
2017).

Role of leadership as well as management development
As per view point of (Hallinger, 2018), automating leadership is determined as a case focus
is on describing way in analytics and artificial intelligence create capacity related to connection,
automation as well as augmentation in every aspect related to life. These impose direct effect on
daily practices during particular phase of time period. The organisation focuses on dealing with
