INTRODUCTION
Human Resource Management is all about focusing and organizing people within the
organisation. It is a process that covers several things such as planning, organising, directing,
managing, motivating or controlling the activities and performance of employees at the
workplace. As employees act as an important asset of the company, it becomes the key
responsibility of the HR to look over their performance and efficiency in order to attain the goals
of business (Cerutti, Prasad and Farella, 2019). The following report consider the company
Crystal Travel which is a local travel agency in London. It has involved small workforce in the
business which has been based on a traditional personnel department. It is seen that the
organisation have identified to enhance their performance level so that the company can expand
its business. For such purpose, the new HRM have been discovered in the business with some
key tools and techniques to improve the overall performance of business. In this report, the value
of employee well-being will be found in order to enhance performance, along with motivation.
PESTLE framework will be applied on company in order to identify the main issues in the
external environment as it could influence the business future growth and development.

Organisational performance can be understood as the examination of business
performance against its set goals and aims. In involves the actual results or outcomes against
with intended results. In case of Crystal Travel, performance management aids company become
more successful while standing out in the competition. As the organisation thinking to expand
their business operations, it becomes very necessary for them to measure, report and manage
overall performance to get the ultimate results in the business. The following are some tools and
techniques through which the company's performance can be measured and enhanced:
Key performance indicators (KPI) and metrics: It is a tool that helps in tracking and
measuring the performance of business that is how well the business is performing with
their competitors in the market. It involves the business units, individuals, projects or
even whole organisation in order to track the performance (Ekpo and Loko, 2022). The
main agenda of this tool is allow rich data-driven performance conversations, along with
improved decision-making. In case of Crystal Travel, the managers can measure the
