Introduction
The term people performance is basically used to define those process or techniques
that ensure best working abilities of employees and put business value into the practices.
Through people management different practices are encompasses such as retention,
optimization and talent acquisition when offering a continuous support to an enterprises and
instruction to workers at workplace. Performance management make enable the management
to monitor employee's working by evaluation. It efforts to create such surrounding in which
employees work by utilize their best abilities and qualities with more effectiveness (Adamu,
2022). This report will be based on the case study of the BUNI travel that work as a local
travel agent. It is situated in Bolton. Therefore, this study will cover the use of different tool
or techniques which are used by organization to performance improvement, role of employee
well-being to improve the motivation and performance. This study will also include the
PESTEL analysis on selection travel agency.
What tools and techniques will help improve
organisational performance?
With this modern era, every business organization uses the performance engagement
as it help them to improve the organizational and individual's performance. There are
different software and tools which are used by companies to evaluate their progress so that
success become achievable for them. Project management contain an array of the aspect
related to team's successful functionality. So there are various techniques which can be used
in order to tackle the issues. It is key for choosing techniques or tool for each scenarios.
BUNI travel can also undertake use of some of tool an software which are discussed here,
Monitoring and feedback- it allow the business to track organizational and
individual's performance and also provide them with an ownership for their
improvement and development (Deari and Trinh, 2022). It allows the opportunities to
