management strategies are fruitful for the organisation that is the main reason to choose this
project as a research process.

According to the Kaliannan, (2016), defined that talent management is essential for the
welfare of the organisation and also help to retain the employees for longer duration. The
importance of talent management is increasing rapidly because it can help to maintain the
success of the organisation. Talent management consider as one of the most useful
techniques which can help to attract the employees and practice some activities which will
help in the career development of employees. HR manager of the company can use various
types of practices to retain the employees and also conduct recruitment process in an
efficient way so that manager can recruit fresh talent and give them training so that they can
easily improve their skills and knowledge ( Redlich and Lattemann, 2019). This study also
help to spread the importance and usage of talent management so that company can consider

all the useful practices of the talent management.
Impact of Talent Management Strategies on the efficiency of employees of Morrison
According to Turner, (2018), revealed that talent management strategies are beneficial to
improve the efficiency level of employees. Through talent management, manager can
conduct various types of activities that can help to create the strong relation with employees
and also help in effective employees engagement. This research identified the importance of
talent management and why employee engagement is essential to establish effective
relationship among employees so that they is less chance for miscommunication and all the
employees can work together to obtain the same goal that is organisational success (Karas,

employees efficiency level will increase in an effective manner. This study also analysed
that talent management are provide appropriate impact on the overall development of

to decrease the employees turnover rate and improve the efficiency of employees
(Baumgartner and Rauter, 2017). This research find out various practice of talent
management that can give long term benefits for the organisation. Talent management
