Impact of Transformational Leadership on Employees' Job Performance at Aviva Insurance UK Ltd

This research explores the impact of transformational leadership on employees’ job performance at Aviva Insurance UK Ltd. The study aims to understand the abilities of transformational leaders in managing team members, identify the impact of transformational leadership on team members' motivation and performance, and assess its impact on solving team members' problems. The research is based on the Human Resource Management criterion and focuses on the functions of recruitment, selection, training, and development of employees in the organization.

Introduction
This research explores the impact of transformational leadership on employees’
job performance at Aviva Insurance UK Ltd. Under the Human Resource
Management, transformational and transactional leadership are explained in
relation to the team performance. This study is based on the Human Resource
Management criterion, which combines all the functions of recruitment,
selection, training and developing of employees of the organization

Research objective
• To understand the transformational leaders and their abilities to manage
team members.
• To identify the impact of transformation leadership style on team
members’ motivation and performance.
• To assess the impact of this leadership on solving team members’
problems.

Positive vision is created by the
transformational leaders
Transformational leaders at Aviva Insurance created the positive vision with
their team members. many respondents (members) answered the questions in a
way providing the clear picture about the leadership style. Further they are
clear about future of the organization as guided by leaders. However,
Charismatic leadership style is not seen with these leaders only they show the
clear vision for the future.

Workers motivation, individualist
improvement and job execution with the
transformational leading kind
There is an impact on employee motivation, performance and individual
development from the leadership style in Aviva Insurance. They set achievable
and clear evidence based on the members’ competencies and skills. Further they
are tally with the real life examples.

Impact on the manpower's problem view in
imaginative way with transformational
leadership
Here it investigates the impact of leadership style on viewing members’
problems. To minimize the conflicts of members or in the organization,
leaders should take necessary steps to solve matters in a creative way. Leaders
of the organization encourage team members to find the different solutions for
issues occurred. This is another way of creating novelty strategies in the
organization.

Goal setting through the transformational
leadership
This focuses on the goal setting through the inspiration of the leadership style
while motivating members. even though the goals setting is a challenging task
to the organization, transformational leaders enable to motivate members
others to work towards the pre determined goals.

Conclusion
Results of this study show that leaders of the Aviva Insurance have true
inspiration on providing plenty of information in setting up the goals. Further
they are competent in encouraging members within the time period to achieve
goals. Finally it can said, that transformational leaders are creative and have
novelty ideas. Further they take decisions in a creative and novelty way. It
improves employee skills and their performance in an organization.
