So, it can be said that leaders are the individuals who are known as the head of the company or team. They are the one who motivate the team members and also guide the employees to take right decisions in context to the organizational activities. They are the one who have the duty to implement the strategies in a proper manner so that it can be easy for the employees to give their best towards the activities of the company. As, a leader it is the responsibility to convince the board of directors so that they can implement the idea in the workplace. So, for convincing there are various leadership skills that will be used. We know that performance of the employees and also the engagement level are one of the essential factors on which focus should be given. To bring improvisation in the employee’s performance it is important for us to focus on various aspects so that it can be easy for the employees to give their best towards the activities. It is important to bring improvisation in the performance and it is the responsibility of the leader. As I am leader of the team, so it is my responsibility to improve the performance of the employees. So, for bring improvement in the performance I will be focusing on various skills so that it can be easy for the employees to complete their assigned work. Communication can be considered as one of the skill that can help to bring improvisation in the overall performance of the employees. The skill related to communication can help to improve the performance of the employees. In this it is important for us to focus on active listening as the queries and doubts of the employees should be cleared so that they can complete their work with efficiency. Also, it is important to focus on the factors related to clarity and transparency in the workplace. Leaders should focus on two way communication and should explain the activities so

Positivity is also one of the aspects that can help in bringing improvisation in the overall performance of the employees. It can be said that leaders should be positive to boost the performance of the employees in the workplace. The leaders should focus on caring and encouraging the employees so that they can help each other and can maintain coordination in the work. The leaders should have the skill to manage the conflicts of the employees in the workplace as less conflict in the workplace can boost the performance of the employees. If creativity is there then employees can give their best towards the organizational activities. The last basic skill that should be present is commitment towards the work. It is important for the leaders to be committed towards the work so that it can be easy to attain the positive outcome. It can be stated that the leaders has the responsibility to fulfill their promises with the employees so that the satisfaction level of the employees towards work can be boosted. Also, the main emphasis of the leader should be on boosting team work so that it can be easy to attain the positive outcome. By having commitment towards work it can be easy for the leader to boost the confidence level of the employees towards achieving goals and objectives set by the company. Professionalism is one of the aspect on which the leader should emphasize so that it can be simple to attain the positive outcome and also it will help in boosting the overall performance of the employees in the workplace. The leaders should have aim to boost the passion of the employees so that it can be easy for them to give their best towards the organizational activities (Wlodkowski& Ginsberg, 2017).
