Becoming a Foster Parent: A Study

This assignment is about becoming a foster parent and providing care for children who cannot live with their biological families. The purpose of the study is to highlight the need for foster parenting, considering both the costs and benefits for both the foster parents and the children. The paper will discuss the personal skills and legal responsibilities required to be a good foster parent, as well as the benefits and advantages of foster care for both the parents and the children.

General Purpose: To provide foster care for the one not able to live with the family who
gave birth to them.
Specific Purpose: To provide foster care to children by excelling in the personal skills
and fulfilling legal requirements.
Thesis Statement: A detailed study on the need for foster parenting, after looking at
relative costs and advantages of foster parents as well as the children who they take care
of.
